Artist Henry Richardson (b. 1961) was born in Syracuse, NY and grew up outside of Washington, DC. He attended Haverford College, PA where he studied geology and art. Combining his love of the two disciplines, Henry built a studio in Tyringham, MA where he currently lives and works. Henry’s work is in private and corporate collections throughout the US. He was commissioned to design the 9/11 Memorial in Danbury, CT and received numerous other public commissions.

The visual impact of [Tikkun] is almost overwhelming because of its size and material composition. Technically, the construction of the sculpture is astonishing. In my opinion, this is a significant work of art and would be appropriate for a museum or a corporate collection.
