Dear members,
If Eastern Miles mileage points still haven’t been credited into your account six days from the date of your flight, then you may claim your missing mileage points.

Before making your request, please note:

1. Eastern Miles can accept your mileage retro claim within six months at most. The retro claim must be for China Eastern Airlines flights (MU flights). As new member, you can request for retro claim for MU flight you taking within one month at most before becoming Eastern Miles member.

2. You can know about the result of your request immediately. If not successful, please claim your missing mileage points via the following ways:

A. Fax your relevant documents marked with your membership card number to +86-21-95808 for retro claim
B. Post your relevant documents marked with your membership card number to Eastern Miles, Post Box 001-08 Shanghai, China (Postal code: 200001) for retro claim. You are suggested to post by registered letter. Please refer to the tickets sample below which highlights all the relevant information we need to receive from you.
C. Request for retro claim at Eastern Miles Airport Service Center.
